whoeva above me is ignorant you must have not listened to the end. Ice T is the wrong one Soulja Boy doin what he knows if you hate young artist comin in the game then you want hip hop to die cause once all the older rappers retire there aint gonna be no more rappers. you need to mature your mind because your hatin on him just because you dont like his music. your probably way older than him you not suppose to like it. when lil wayne first came in the game he wasnt a lyrical beast he got better with time and soulja boy is also gettin better with time. Ice T came at him first with some bullshit now he is replying back proving his point and he proved a valid point and that shouldnt just be to Ice T it should be to Nas and the rest of those cats. Including Eminem cause he has been gettin really ignorant lately. and I use to be a big fan of his. Wisen Up People!

if you aint above me…then you “b’low me”…

you seem to think that the main issue is because an older “veteran” of hip hop music is “hatin” on a new comer in the game…but you refuse to acknowledge that Ice’s main issue is the quality of the music is in serious decline. its an easy tactic playing the victim in order to skip the real point and that is almost everyone’s last resort when defending the direction the music has taken.
straight up “real talk”, if soulja boy was puttin in real work into his lyrics im sure he’d have more fans above the age of 16,and they would be male, but in the meantime most are gonna holler sellout.you should get used to hearing it…
it seems like you need to extend your catalogue of cd’s and mixtapes beyond the year 2000 and learn the progression and standard that has made hip hop the most influential black / latino innovation since jazz.

towards the end of the video, soldier boy makes a few good points.
but young cats need to know that there isnt an age limit to making music, of any genre. i hope my favorite rappers never stop.
also, hurricane chris can spit, check his green lantern show freestyle on youtube. soldier boy isnt a bad rapper either

Nice comeback Soulja…. stating the obvious that “Ice-T is an old ass nigga.” Yeah Ice-T is an old ass nigga that has accomplished more than Soulja Boy ever will. I know he is young and all, but know and respect your fucking roots!!! That’s the problem with mainstream hip-hop/rap today. NWA did “Fuck the Police” dumbass not Ice-T. Who the fuck will remember Soulja Boy is in 20 years. Prolly gonna go blow all his money in the next year or so and be on some VH1 Surreal Life type show as the talentless so-called rapper who had that awful hit “Crank That”. People will probably remember him for his stupid ass dance like those guys who came up with the “Macarana”. He just made his ass look like even more of a fucking idiot trying to diss Ice-T!

“souljah” boy does make some nice heartfelt comments toward the end of the video about how an older man such as Ice should be ashamed of himself, but by that way of thinking so should every rapper in the game, being a halfway responsible adult of solid character when dissing another emcee.is it only shameful when the other person is a teenager? ridiculous. i cannot find it in myself to cry any tears for this young boy and his ghetto sob story from the which the only way out was to become a rap artist. it doesnt seem likely. is rapping the only job option for this teen?he supposedly gets above average grades, correct? then what is the real excuse for his lack of lyrical facility?
    good points but weak points.

“soulja boy” is not that good of a rapper most of his songs are just the same thing repeated over and over you should hear ice t’s diss towards soulja boy, that is rapping and there’s no dumb ass dance
