This makes watching the rocket launcher scene from Chris Tucker’s Money Talks so much more believable. Even though that scene is also sort of a famous blooper cause there’s no rocket in the launcher. Anyway, I’m not even sure why I’m sharing this. Something about the overarching theme of weapon control vs. gun control vs. police buying weapons and revealing the applicability of economic incentive. Disincentivizing the manufacturers, would it even be possible? Should it be attempted?

Just another way for Californian liberals to bankrupt the state buy giving out more free money and “Gift Cards”. These are all probably guns that have been collecting dust and or stolen. People didn’t have a way to sell them and this made it easy. The rocket launcher is probably from the drug trade and they just paid cartel family member for it. Dumb asses! They all probably laughed their way home after selling their stolen guns to cops.
