RapGenius.com may be increasingly criticized by writers for the antics of its founders and for the myopia and background of its investors but at the same time more and more established rappers are taking to its site as a method for publishing and verifying (sometimes with video) lyrics. With no competition in sight one might be inclined to believe, as suggested by noz, that rap genius will be able to successfully juice all lyric search engine traffic. But how long before copycat developers figure out how to make their own jQuery/Rails 2.3.4 app?
