People like to clown Lil Mama for being oblivious to Jay-Z’s cult of personality and the contrived glamour of award shows but around here we like to point out that she can rap her ass off and personally I will always remember that live broadcast as an ODB moment where say no more‘s hype bubble, not to mention that of “the stage”, was inadvertently but revealingly pierced, deflated. I’m still pulling for her, hoping she wins at these silly games.
