Didn’t want to comment on this but if one person (yes I’m referring to you dm, you other-side-of-the-tracks commenter you) reads this Dr. Seuss filler and comes to think even one early rapper was stylistically “influenced” by Geisel it is too much.
 

Run D.M.C. acknowledged Seuss’s influence in “Peter Piper,” the first song on their crucial 1986 record, “Raising Hell,” suggesting that they were now usurping his crown.
 
Now Dr. Seuss and Mother Goose both did their thing
But Jam Master’s getting loose and D.M.C.’s the king.

 
Run DMC recognized Seuss’ existence, not his influence. Cat In The Hat Ass Rapping is not a good look.
