The fact that they could even say it is a tribute or anything was going to the family of Scott La Rock is utter bullshit. Whoever could say that is representing themselves and NOT his family… sad that some people could use his death as a caveat to line their own pockets. Check yourself!

I would like to take this opportunity to personally apologize for my brash and premature comments to your website. After a lengthy discussion with the family I understand that members of the family will attend this event and that the spirit and intent of this event is out of love and respect to his memory.
Again, I humbly apologize for my comments prior. I ask for your understanding in that events in the past have been lees that honorable in their intentions and lacked in their sincerity. For what it is worth, you have my support and best wishes for a successful event. I send my best regards and wish I could be there in person to share in this thoughtful tribute.
