CulturClash been jacking our posts lately so I figured I’d return the favor. Enjoyed the scenery in this video very much. As well as the beat change up at 2:00 min. Could not find any more info on Bajoli Baloji, but I’ll take a stab in the dark and guess that he’s from the Republic of Congo (aka French Congo) region in Africa.
update: Thank you for all the comments. As many of you have pointed out, his name is actually Baloji and has a strong following. Here’s his blog.

Bajoli is originally from the democratic republic of Congo but has spent most of his life in Belgium. His new album’s name is “Hotel” (came out 01/2008) and here his myspace page: http://www.myspace.com/baloji. Not sure it’s avail. in north america.

That’s the reason you don’t find anything on him.
He was one of the 5 mc’s of the Belgian crew Starflam. Really worth checking out.
