If you haven’t heard of Sharkula I apologize in advance for being the one to introduce you. If you really like rap I would actually suggest that you do not waste your time looking him up. But if you’re interested in the interpretation of personas, as it relates to rappers, and if you have absolutely nothing else to do right now, maybe you might consider watching this video as an example of who he is. You can find plenty more on yout*be. He never really rhymes. He’s never really on beat. He doesn’t say anything significant. Yet eerily, he has a few full length albums, a fair amount of recognition among musicians in Chicago, has three documentaries made about him (here’s one) and has apologized to Nas.
