With tracks from Kanye, the Neptunes, Timbaland, Ghostface, Rakim, Biggie and others, this mix gives the opportunity for listeners to hear what goodies these genius producers are working on outside of mainstream radio. Timberland’s mix of Biggie’s “Hypnotize” speeds up Biggie’s rhymes over a minimalist drum sound signature to Timberlands club anthems. The Neptunes remix of Daft Punk’s “Stronger” replaces Kanye’s fast-driving beat with laidback keyboards and stripped-down electric funk.
