After coming across this video (via, spotted on Daddy O’s Facebook page) of The Roots and A Tribe Called Quest on Lorna’s Corner (Aired in Hartford, CT), I watched some of her other interviews with rappers and thought this 3rd Bass interview was good because Serch goes into detail about his thoughts on race at the time and accurate history but mostly because it features rare Subroc footage explaining who KMD was and mentioning early comparisons to De La and the Jungle Brothers. Also check out the interview with Supercat. Link
