A solo remix track from one half of a curiously marketed rap duo out of Cincinatti. Conceptually made a strong enough statement to pique my interest, at first. Then later I realized that the original Mount Kimbie production and Larry Clark-esque video (which is directed by Tyrone Lebon) was probably at the root of my reaction. There is a full re-mixtape of tracks with Young Duece spitting over what I think is other people’s music. I only recognize a few of the beats ’cause I’m out of the loop but they’re probably all popular. I enjoyed this collection of songs more than their other mixtapes, probably ’cause of the production. Props to them though ’cause it seems like they’re doing their thing. They have another video for a catchy track called Two To The Sky which looks like it was fun to shoot.
