Can’t make up my mind about this, production a bit easy listening and raps seem scatterbrained with no exceptional style or content that I can pinpoint. But it does manage to spur some degree of interest, as I found myself waiting to be pulled in. Wouldn’t mind hearing more of the album to check if it gets better or worse. SFR description (“unapologetically political, unflinchingly descriptive and undeniably ambitious”), although probably accurate, doesn’t provide much of an opinion either so I guess I’ll just have to stream some more samples later, if I can find any.
