If you think back to ’06 you might remember Tonedeff won the Lollapalooza Last Band Standing competition. Among his various prizes were $10,000 worth of Gibson goods. 2 years later he’s still getting the run around. Apparently Don Pitts, the entertainment liaison, thought it was weird because Tone didn’t play the guitar or drums. He’s seems to be completely missing the point of sponsorships.
