I’ve always liked comparing songs that use the same samples. It’s interesting to observe how producers can create completely different vibes flipping the same loop and I think it reveals something about the tremendous potential for creativity that producers have at their whim. A while back I put up the Necro-produced Clockwork Orange and Clinton Sparks’ Ok Dun. They both use a piece of the theme to the movie A Clockwork Orange, composed by Wendy Carlos.
