It isn't racist graffiti. It advocates the killing of racists. It is from Vienna Austria, a country that is highly sensitive to racism after the atrocities of the Holocaust that occurred there during WWII. Admittedly this particular piece isn't as colorful and neat as the examples from the Danube Canal (later in that same photoset). Thanks for using my photo in your blog.
